Congress reported the summary report of operations of the fourth SZA’s Union local, term (2010-2012) and advanced the directions and assignments for the fifth term (2012-2015).
Congress elected the fifth Union local executive board, term (2012-2015) consist of some comrades as follow:
1/ Mr. Cao Minh Trung: Chairman of Union local
2/ Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung: Vice chairman of Union local
3/ Mr. Le Van Binh: Chairman of the inspectation board
4/ Ms. Tran Thi Kim Phuoc: Member of executive board
5/ Mr. Le Huu Tuan: Member of executive board

Congress elected the representative who will attend the fifth Industrial park labour Union congress, term (2013-2018) follow the Decision which was assigned No. 696/QĐ – CĐKCN on August 2nd, 2012 by the standing committee of Industrial park labour union as follows:
1. The official delegate: Mr. Cao Minh Trung
2. Alternate delegate: Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung
