At 8 am on July 21st, 2014, A groundbreaking ceremony of building linked houses – lot S4 at An Hoa residential area, An Binh ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province was held by Sonadezi An Binh joint stock company and the project was constructed by Sonacons construction joint stock company.

On June 30th, 2014, Sonadezi An binh joint stock company held the groundbreaking ceremony of Highway 91 upgrading project from Km 14+000 to Km 50+889 – Packing no.5 at Thot Not district, Can Tho city, An Giang province. Investment joint stock company of Can Tho Highway 91 is an investor.

On April 23rd, 2014, The housing hand over ceremony was held in Bao Vinh commune, Long Khánh town, Dong Nai province to hand over the new house for Mr. Van Van Hong (was born in 1974) and Mrs. Thi Xoe (in 1974) in “thousand golden hearts” program by Sonadezi An Binh joint stock company (SZA).

Base on the Decision No. 21/QĐ-HCCB-TCT on May 8th, 2012 about establishing the war veteran association of Sonadezi An Binh (SZA) joint stock company directly under the Sonadezi Corporation’s war veteran association. SZA’s cell organized the appearing ceremory of war veteran association on September 7th, 2012.
