At 8 am on July 21st, 2014, A groundbreaking ceremony of building linked houses – lot S4 at An Hoa residential area, An Binh ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province was held by Sonadezi An Binh joint stock company and the project was constructed by Sonacons construction joint stock company.
